2. Services Provided

CricSyncLive delivers cloud-based digital infrastructure for cricket leagues, including:

• Real-time ball-by-ball mobile cricket scoring and delivery recording.
• Live IPL-style digital player auctiondraft podiums and purse management.
• Transparent cloud browser source overlays for OBS Studio and broadcast streaming.
• Automated Net Run Rate (NRR) standings, knockout brackets, and player career passports.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Organizers and scorers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring the accuracy of tournament score entries. CricSyncLive provides delivery verification algorithms, but tournament directors hold ultimate responsibility for match officiating and rule governance.

4. Subscription Passes & Refund Guidelines

CricSyncLive provides both free grassroots scoring access and premium tournament passes (such as Pro Tournament Pass and Broadcast Stream Pass). Once a premium tournament pass is activated or applied to an ongoing tournament, services are rendered in real-time, and pass fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property & Broadcast Rights

The CricSyncLive brand, scoring algorithms, broadcast overlay graphics templates, and UI systems are the proprietary property of CricSyncLive. Tournament organizers retain all rights to their respective tournament names, team franchise trademarks, and live match video streams broadcast on third-party platforms such as YouTube Live.
